Benoît Lamontagne
Eng., C.Adm., MBA — Founder
An engineer by training with an MBA from HEC Montréal, Benoît is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec. He spent more than 13 years in project management in the aerospace industry before founding Services-Conseils BL in 2018.
This dual culture — the rigour of engineering and human development — is at the heart of his approach. He trains and coaches managers and project teams, and also shares his expertise as a lecturer at HEC Montréal, where he teaches leadership and project team management.
